Prototype Fabricator Welder – MIG & TIG

We’re partnering with a cutting-edge sheet metal manufacturer based in Nuneaton, known for their high-quality prototypes, advanced machinery, and one-off metal fabrication work. They’re on the lookout for a skilled Prototype Fabricator Welder to join their specialist team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating one-off and low-volume components from drawings
- MIG and TIG welding (mild steel, stainless, aluminium)
- Working from technical sketches and CAD designs
- Assembling bespoke parts for new product development
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams on prototype builds
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to fabricate from engineering drawings with minimal guidance
- Experience with bespoke or prototype fabrication (not just production work)
- A methodical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your finish

- Straight day shifts: Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30, Friday early finish at 12:30
