We’re working with an award-winning precision engineering manufacturer in the Black Forest, and they’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join their growing team in Haselbach.

• Salary: €40,000–€50,000 (£35,000–£50,000)
• €5,000 relocation package to help with moving costs
• Flexitime and a 2-shift pattern (earlies/lates – no nights)

The Role

• Set, operate and program CNC Turning, Milling or Grinding Machines
• Work with Mazak or Fanuc controls (training provided if needed)
• Carry out precision machining and quality checks using modern measuring tools
• Maintain and service CNC machinery
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure top-quality output

What You’ll Need

• Completed apprenticeship or qualification in machining or metalworking
• Hands-on CNC experience – Turning, Milling or Grinding
• Basic German skills (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, detail-focused, and quality-driven work style
