Powder Coater

Location: Leicester
Pay: Up to £15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, early finish Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking for a steady day shift, varied work and an early finish every Friday?

We’re recruiting for an established Leicester-based sheet metal fabrication business producing bespoke and production-run metalwork. You’ll be joining a busy manufacturing team, preparing and powder coating a range of fabricated components to a high standard.

The Role

• Preparing metal components for powder coating
• Hanging, masking and cleaning parts before coating
• Applying powder coat finishes to customer specifications
• Loading and unloading curing ovens
• Checking finished products for quality and consistency
• Keeping the powder coating area clean, safe and organised

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Powder Coater, Paint Sprayer or Finishing Operative
• Experience working with metal components
• Good eye for detail and finish quality
• Ability to work to production deadlines
• Reliable, hands-on approach
