Press Brake Setter

Location: Leicester
Pay: Up to £15.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, early finish Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a Press Brake Setter looking for a steady day shift, varied work and an early finish every Friday?

We’re recruiting for an established Leicester-based sheet metal fabrication business producing bespoke and production-run metalwork. You’ll be working in a busy fabrication environment, setting and operating press brake machinery to produce accurate folded components.

The Role

• Setting and operating press brake machines
• Working from engineering drawings
• Folding sheet metal parts to specification
• Checking your own work for quality and accuracy
• Working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Press Brake Setter or Press Brake Operator
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Sheet metal or fabrication experience
• Amada press brake experience would be useful, but not essential
