We’re recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer based in Coventry, producing high-performance driveline systems used in industrial, marine, and off-highway machinery.

What’s on Offer:

• £15.29 per hour – paid weekly
• 38 hours per week – Monday to Thursday only
• Fixed shift pattern (agreed at job offer):
  • Shift A: 06:00–16:00
  • Shift B: 06:30–16:30
    (Each includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks)
• Full-time, permanent position
• 6-month probationary period (standard company policy)
• Based in Coventry – ideal for candidates from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Rugby, Leicester

The Role – CNC Machinist – Turner:

• Set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc/G-code controls
• Machine components for gearboxes, transmission systems, and hydraulic drives
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet required tolerances
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organised
• Work collaboratively with other machinists and team members

What You’ll Need:

• Experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Machinist or CNC Lathe Operator
• Confident setting and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc/G-code)
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Right to work in the UK
