We’re working with a well-established steel fabrication business in Leicester, known for producing structural steelwork, heavy-duty assemblies, and custom sheet-metal components. They’re now looking to take on an experienced Fabricator Welder to support continued demand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricating mild steel from drawings, both structural and bespoke
• MIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steel
• Using cutting, folding, and forming equipment
• Assembling and prepping components to spec
• Working from technical drawings with minimal supervision

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a fabricator welder in a structural or bespoke steel environment
• Confident MIG welding skills with clean, consistent welds
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• A practical mindset and a strong attention to detail
